UPDATE 8/11/2020: After the fate that befell Jukey, the insurance company gave me enough to replace it with something of similar value, so naturally I did the normal thing for somebody not making very much money... I bought a car worth almost three times as much. But aside from the Corvette, my 2003 Murano was by far my favorite, most reliable car, and I found a very nice, three-year-old example for sale at CARMAX very close to the airport. This is presumably so their salespeople can skip town as soon as you sign papers. In my case however, I managed to get a good deal, and after eight months on the road, I haven't had any problems with my second Murano except a minor ventilation issue with the gas cap. We shall see how things progress in 2020, the most accursed year by which humanity has suffered for decades. DAMAGE INFLICTED: None (yet).
